What We Need:
1.) Water Connection
We will need a working outdoor water connection to connect a garden hose to and run it to our pressure washer for the cleaning of your concrete surface.
Driveway Sealing:
We will arrive on your selected date and clean and prep your concrete driveway. When we are completed we will rope off your driveway so that nobody can drive on it and create tire marks or track in any soil. We ask that you have your vehicles out of the driveway before we arrive on the day of cleaning. (see picture)
Patio Sealing:
If we are sealing a concrete patio or walkway we will arrive on the date you selected and professionally clean & prep your patio. We ask that you have everything removed from your patio & walkways such as furniture, grills, etc. If you need a hand moving a heavier object we will be happy to give you a hand but do your best to get it all cleared off for us.
When Can You Use Your Concrete Again?
Traditional Concrete:
Our new penetrating, densifying concrete sealer sets up quickly. It will be ready for foot traffic within an hour and rain ready in 4 hours. However we ask that you wait 24 hours before driving an automobile on it or moving patio furniture back.
Stamped Concrete:
Our acrylic sealers we use on stamped concrete have a longer curing process. Our stamped concrete sealer is not ready for foot traffic or rain for at least 4 hours. You can drive automobiles and move furniture back on structure 24 hours after we seal it.
That’s It!
That’s all we require. You can expect a technician to arrive at your location within 30-60 minutes of your scheduled appointment. When the technician arrives, they will come to your door and introduce themselves and let you know that they will get started. Once we begin sealing we ask to not be bothered as we don’t want to risk unwanted footprints in the sealer.
Payment:
Payment is due the day we seal the concrete. You can either give our technician cash, a check or they can accept a credit card payment. You can also pay us via Venmo or Apple Pay. In the case that you aren’t home we can send a request via Venmo, Apple Pay or email you an invoice that you can pay via credit card. Just let us know how you would like to pay. ***Please note a late fee will be applied to invoices not paid by 10 P.M. the final day of service.
